Upcoming Events

St. Anthony’s and St. Joseph’s are active parishes with a number of opportunities for prayer, outreach to the community, and socializing.  Check our upcoming events for the latest on what’s going on at our parishes.

Community

We are two linked parishes serving the people of Endicott.  Faithful to our heritage and its diverse ethnic traditions, we embrace Jesus’ call to “Go, teach all people.”

Scripture

The foundations of our common life are found in the Word of God, especially in Sacred Scripture.  Following the injunctions of the Second Vatican Council in Dei Verbum, we make the Bible our norm and guide.

Worship

Our common life centers around worshipping God in the Sacraments, whose source and summit is the Eucharist.

Our Faith

“This is eternal life, that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.” John 17:3

In brief, our faith centers on God’s plan for salvation revealed and effected by His Son Jesus Christ.  Out of the love He bore us and to remedy the cancer of sin, Jesus, the unique Son of God took on flesh and was born of the Virgin Mary.  Willingly suffering His Passion and Death,  He rose from the dead on the third day. Now constituted Lord and Savior of all, He invites us to share in His life of grace by proclaiming the Good News.  The brothers and sisters he invites to this joyful mission comprise the Church.  We worship and serve together in the City of Endicott at the churches of St. Anthony of Padua and St. Joseph.
