The HOPE Appeal is the annual giving campaign of the Diocese of Syracuse. Every year the programs and services supported by the HOPE Appeal touch countless lives in every city, town, and rural area in our diocese. The Roman Catholic Diocese of Syracuse includes 196,897 Catholics in 116 parishes residing in seven counties of Central and South Central New York State. The seven counties are Broome, Chenango, Cortland, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga and Oswego.
